I have been in the printing industry since 1986. I started in the camera room and stripping tables and then I made the transition to the computer, digital scanning, workflows, color correction areas in the prepress department. The changes have been significant but as a company we have always moved with technology and taken advantage of those benefits. I then managed the digital department with software and multiple digital printing devices. Along with that includes variable data software which has become a big part of today's printing technology. I then moved into an account manager position and learned the estimating software as well. I have held many positions and managed different departments of the printing business which prepared me for my current position of general manager.
