Sue Miller
Customer Service Manager
Hello! Here is a little bit of myself.
I have been in the printing industry for over 15 years in a variety of capacities. Being a team player, I always offer my skills wherever they can be utilized. Most of my positions have been in customer service and pre-press. I have a strong working knowledge of prepress applications and issues, which I believe is a key in our value-added customer service. I am always willing to assist clients with questions about files, projects, and the printing process. My goal with each of our customers is to make sure they are always completely satisfied with their product and service.
I started in the industry working in customer service at Lanman Progressive. Within a year, I was promoted to a Job Planner, and then switched gears to Data Management. As the company continued to grow, I joined the prepress department, where I worked on accounts such as Time Life, National Geographic, and Smithsonian Institute. As time passed, the company was sold to Quebecor World, and we acquired several more accounts. This is when I enhanced my skills in photo retouching, working on accounts such as Victoria’s Secret, Lane Bryant, Cooking Light, and Southern Living.
I later went to work for Kelly Press. There I brushed up on my skills in Acrobat’s editing plug in, PitStop, and Adobe’s InDesign software. This is also where I learned more about imposition, plate making and the functions of the bindery department.
Now, working at Wildes-Spirit, I am able to utilize my skills to execute tasks within a deadline-oriented environment, while delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
